**Starting with stSTX is easy.**

You can broadcast a transaction using your favourite Stacks wallet—**Leather, Xverse, OKX, Fordefi, Orange, or Asigna**.

After [connecting your wallet via the StackingDAO U](https://app.stackingdao.com/)I, you’ll be able to choose between:

* **Liquid Stacking with STX yield**
* **Liquid Stacking with BTC yield**
* **Native Stacking**

To mint **stSTX**, select the **"Liquid Stacking with STX yield"** option.\
Enter the amount of STX you wish to deposit, then click **"Stack"**. Make sure the amount entered is valid and within your STX wallet balance.

Once an amount is entered, you'll see details such as:

* The current **conversion rate**
* Estimated **annual yield**
* Points earned via the rewards program

Keep in mind that STX rewards are automatically sent to the contract backing stSTX. This means: **stSTX = STX deposited + STX rewards**.

Thanks to the **Nakamoto upgrade**, your transaction should be confirmed within a few seconds, and the corresponding amount of **stSTX** will appear in your wallet.

### Stack All With One-Click

You can also stack all your available STX at once.\
In the **“Active Positions”** section, locate your STX balance and click **"Stack All"**—a quick way to deposit everything for stSTX in one transaction.

A new section will appear where you can enter the amount of **stSTX** you'd like to convert to **stSTXbtc**.

### Stacking Overview

Once your transaction is confirmed, you’ll have access to the **“Stacking Overview”** page. This section provides up-to-date data on your stacking cycle and relevant metrics for the StackingDAO service you're using.
